What happens after I sign up?

A Trellus Patient Experience Specialist will contact you to explain our program and next steps. These will include an initial discussion to develop your customized, whole-person care plan.

How do I connect you with my provider?

We are happy to work with your GI doctor to coordinate whole-person care. Upon signing up with Trellus, a Patient Experience Specialist will work with you to connect your GI doctor with our care team.
